Well we received word this morning that the case Robert and I were intervenors in has been unanimously decided in our favor. This reaffirms the Supreme Court Ruling that was issued in March of 2007. Our hearing was in June and the decision was issued on Dec 30th. This also reaffirms the Martinez case that was decided on in March of 2008, that case ruled that marriage performed legally in other jurisdiction are to be recognized in NY State.
